Description
Discover Thailand’s ancient capital, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Journey through Thailand’s glorious past on this full-day tour from Bangkok to Ayutthaya. Tour Itinerary:
7:30am - Check in at River City Shopping Complex – Si Phraya Pier
8am - Depart from Bangkok by air-conditioned bus to Ayutthaya, the former capital of Siam and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1991.
9:15am - Arrive in Ayutthaya and begin exploring the historical park and its ancient temples.
1pm - Board the Grand Pearl Cruise at Wat Chong Lom Pier (Nonthaburi). Enjoy a buffet lunch featuring a selection of Thai and international cuisine while cruising along the Chao Phraya River. Relax and take in local riverside life and historic landmarks along the way.
3pm - Enjoy tea and coffee while passing highlights such as the Royal Barge Museum, Thammasat University, the Grand Palace, and Wat Arun.
4pm - Arrive back at River City Shopping Complex.
