This famous museum, dedicated to Galileo, holds around 1500 unique scientific instruments from the past. There even is a section entirely devoted to Galileo where you can see the two famous telescopes used by Galileo that changed the world's view of the cosmos and find his middle finger taken from his tomb still on display.
