Help! I need to change/cancel my reservation!
Help is on the way: if you booked your travel on the MAGELLINE site with one of our providers, then you can get info on 24/7 support. If you booked your travel outside of MAGELLINE or were redirected from our site to a provider's web page to complete your booking, then you'll need to touch-base with the provider directly. Not sure who your provider is? Check your credit card statements to see who charged your card.

Glad you asked. Trips helps you organize your travel, effortlessly. You can save search results to track prices, create itineraries for upcoming trips, share your plans with friends and family, sync it with your Gmail account to automatically create itineraries, forward booking confirmations from most any site to add to your trip, manually enter things to do, receive notifications about flight and gate changes and so much more -- all in one place. Also, it's totally free.

How do I create a Price Alert?
On our site, you can create one by signing in and going directly to Price Alerts in your account or you can look for the "Track Prices" button on the top left-hand side of flight results. If you're searching hotels, you're able to start a Price Alert by clicking the "Watch" button. If you're on our app, you can get to Price Alerts using the app's navigation menu and follow instructions there.
Where do the star ratings for hotels come from?
Star ratings are provided by the hotels themselves as well as online travel agencies that sell hotel rooms. MAGELLINE takes that information and displays what's most accurate. We understand that some of these providers are more reliable than others and take this into account when displaying the number of stars.
How do I enable Location Sharing on my mobile device in order to search for hotels around me?
iOS Go to your device’s Settings and scroll down to Privacy. Tap Location Services. Toggle the switch to On. Any apps that may use location services will populate underneath. Scroll down to your browser (e.g. Safari, Chrome, etc.) and ensure that location services are turned on. Android Go to your device’s Settings menu, then select Location. Be sure that it is toggled on. Also, check that you have location settings turned on for your browser specifically. Open the browser’s menu (upper right corner). Scroll down to navigate to the Location menu. Toggle the Location switch on. You can then view any websites you’ve allowed and blocked by expanding the corresponding menus and adjust location access settings for each site. Refresh the event page you are trying to view after allowing your location. The page will then load if your location has not been geo-blocked.
When I click a deal on your site it tells me the price has gone up! What's up with that?
Because we're searching hundreds of other travel sites at once, sometimes there are accuracy issues from the information we're receiving from those sites. Either the site isn't updating their inventory with us, has given the wrong path or another traveler has booked the last available seat.
What is MAGELLIN's refund policy?
Because MAGELLINE is a search engine, not a seller, we don't have a refund policy -- that's handled solely by the provider that booked your trip. The price you see on MAGELLINE is final. We have removed all hidden services and ticks. We compare all available flight options for your request, and then we direct you to the official websites of airlines and agencies. For the search you owe us nothing.
How do I merge two trips together?
After you sign in to MAGELLINE, go to your Trips page and select the Trip you want to merge. Look for the drop-down "More" menu and find "Merge into another trip." Как объединить две поездки вместе?
I want to book a search result saved to my trips... what do I do?
Go to your Trips page and select the saved option you'd like to book. Even if it's been a while, MAGELLINE has been working in the background refreshing your saved searches to make sure you're seeing the most recent pricing. Simply click the "book" button when you're ready to go.
Where can I find my booking confirmation?
If you booked with one of our providers on the MAGELLINE site, go to Bookings for info. However, if you booked off-site or we redirected you to a provider's website from KAYAK to complete your purchase, then you'll need to contact the provider directly. Not sure who the provider is? Check your credit card statement to see who charged your card.
How do I change the email address in my MAGELLINE account?
Head on over to your Account to change any of your personal info.
I need to change something in my MAGELLINE account, how do I do that?
Easy! Visit your Account page and have at it.
How do I disconnect my account from Facebook?
It's really easy: log out of MAGELLINE, click the "Sign in" link and enter the same email address you use to log into Facebook. Then, instead of entering more info, click "reset password." This will ask you to create a new account password and effectively disconnect your Facebook account.
How do I reset my password?
When you try to sign into your account, select the reset password link.
How do I stop getting emails?
If you'd like to change your email subscriptions, you can do so on your Price Alerts page. If you'd like to delete your account entirely, please visit your Account settings.
