Porter has since added new Embraer E195-E2 jets to its fleet of Dash 8-400 planes, extending award-winning regional services to destinations throughout North America. Porter continues to offer a unique, all-economy experience that includes complimentary wine, beer and premium snacks for all passengers. The E195-E2 fleet also features fast, free WiFi and an enhanced catering menu with fresh, healthy meals for longer flights.

Before 2023, Porter Airlines flew exclusively to eastern Canada and US destinations as they were limited by the range of the De Havilland Canada Dash 8 Q400 aircraft. Its main hub is Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (Toronto Island Airport), with Ottawa and Montreal serving as focus cities. Halifax is a scissor hub for passengers flying between St. John's and Toronto/Montreal/Ottawa. After introducing Embraer E195-E2 aircraft into its fleet in 2023, Porter added service to central and western Canada (Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Victoria and Winnipeg), added new routes from Ottawa and added Toronto Pearson as one of its hubs.

As of February 2024, Porter Airlines flies to the following destinations: Calgary/Alberta, Charlottetown/Prince Edward Island, Deer Lake/Newfoundland, Edmonton/Alberta, Fredericton/New Brunswick, Halifax/Nova Scotia, Moncton/New Brunswick, Montreal/Québec, Ottawa/Ontario, Quebec City/Québec, Saskatoon/Saskatchewan, Sault Ste. Marie/Ontario, St John's/Newfoundland and Labrador, Sudbury/Ontario, Thunder Bay/Ontario, Timmins/Ontario, Toronto/Ontario, Vancouver/British Columbia, Victoria/British Columbia, Windsor/Ontario, Winnipeg/Manitoba.

 US destinations: Boston/Massachusetts, Chicago/Illinois, Fort Lauderdale/Florida, Fort Myers/Florida, Las Vegas/Nevada, Los Angeles/California, Miami/Florida, New York - Newark/New York, Orlando/Florida, San Francisco/California, Tampa/Florida, Washington, DC/District of Columbia.

Porter Airlines is Certified as a 4-Star Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. On skytraxratings.com, Skytrax expert left the following review: “Porter Airlines provides turboprop flights out of Toronto Billy Bishop Airport which is small, manageable and efficient. Onboard comfort standards are good and aircraft are clean and well maintained. The standard legroom is 32″ and Premium seats have a 34″ pitch. Porter provides a free bar service which includes beer and wine, and a small snack. Staff service is above average for friendliness and service attention.”
