Vietnam Airlines was founded on 27th May 1995. It is the flag carrier of Vietnam and the major carrier in South East Asia, under the slogan “reach further” operates 94 routes to 22 domestic and 29 international destinations with an average of 400 flights per day, connecting the world’s major cities to mesmerizing travel destinations in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar. The airline is headquartered in Long Biên District, Hanoi, with hubs at Noi Bai International Airport (HAN) and Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN).
Vietnam Airlines plays a crucial role in the economic development of the country. It owns 100% of Vietnam Air Service Company – a regional airline in southern Vietnam and 70% of the low-cost carrier Pacific Airlines.

Vietnam Airlines' fleet consists of 3 Airbus A320neo, 42 Airbus A321-200, 20 Airbus A321neo, 14 Airbus A350-900, 11 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner and 6 Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner.
Vietnam Airlines offers three classes of services: Economy, Premium Economy and Business Class.
Economy Class is available on all flights operated by Vietnam Airlines. Snacks and hot meals are served on flights.
Vietnam Airlines' Premium Economy Class has a wider seat width and legroom. This class is offered only on flights operated by Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner or Airbus A350-900. On every flight featuring Premium Economy, hot meals are served with an extensive menu of Vietnamese delicacies and popular world cuisine. Personal care bags with essential amenities are also provided. Premiere brand cosmetics and aqua water are available in the restroom during longer flights.
Business Class is the highest of the three cabin classes offered by the airline. As is the case with business class cabins in most airlines, the amenities offered in this class are substantially different from economy class, and more services and products are available. Each seat is equipped with lumbar support and a personal touch screen, capable of delivering AVOD. Hot meals are offered on flights lasting longer than two hours.
