Belavia

Belavia is the flag carrier of Belarus, headquartered in Minsk. The state-owned airline takes the leading position in passenger air transportations on the Belarusian market. The airline’s concept of positive image shaping is based on the safe regular and punctual operations as well as on improvement of passenger service quality. 

Belavia is a modern, rapidly growing company that meets requirements of the latest innovations in air transport and is constantly focused on further development and improvement of the airline and attraction of greater number of passengers. Among the priorities of Belavia is its fleet renewal, optimization of resources, implementation of modern information technologies and improvement of service level both in flight and on the ground.

Belavia has quite a modern fleet of aircraft. Belavia's fleet consits of 13 modern aircrafts. As of November 2022, the Belavia fleet consists of the following aircraft: 2 Boeing 737-300, 5 Boeing 737-800, 1 Boeing 737 MAX 8, 1 Embraer E175, 4 Embraer E195. 

Belavia's onboard comfort levels are satisfactory. The airline offers two class fares: Business and Economy:
 

• Economy Class: on the board you'll find comfortable seats, with comfortable legroom. Within Economy there are a range of class fares available, which determines additional facilities and whether options are available. 
  
  On board, the pessangers are served bottled water, coffee and tea is for free. Snack boxes are also available to purchase.
   
• Business Class: business travelers and tourists can appreciate at its true value Belarusian hospitality and responsible attitude of the airline staff to fulfillment of their functions. 30kg of checked baggage allowance and 12kg of carry-on baggage allowance. The travellers can be enjoied an Airport VIP service, as well as a free meal on-board. The middle seat is left open to give you more room. 
   

Belavia has codeshare agreements with the following airlines as of May 2022: airBaltic, Air France, Austrian Airlines, Czech Airlines, Etihad Airways, Finnair, KLM, LOT Polish Airlines, Motor Sich Airlines, S7 Airlines and Ukraine International Airlines.

The Airline is customer-oriented and makes its best efforts to provide air traveling possibilities both by its own direct flights and those of its partners to continue their journey immediately to any country in the world as per customer’s needs.

Belavia Belarusian Airlines is Certified as a 3-Star Airline by Skaytrax for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.
