The head office is currently in the Edifício CNAC (中航大廈; 中航大厦) in Sé (Cathedral Parish) on the Macau Peninsula. Previously it was in the Edifício Tai Wah (大華大廈; 大华大厦) in Sé. It has always adhered to the spirit of ‘Fly With Passion’ and is committed to becoming a more dynamic airline with higher service standards and providing customers with high-quality passenger transport and cargo shipment services.

In terms of passenger experience, Air Macau provides more convenient and high-quality services such as Michelin Star in-flight catering, online shopping for in-flight duty-free products, in-flight WiFi, online check-in service, airport self-service check-in etc.

As the base airline of Macao SAR, Air Macau takes Macao SAR as a center and connects Macao to the whole world. While striving to become the most popular airline in Asia, Air Macau makes great efforts to provide a smooth air bridge for Macao's ‘1+4’ moderately diversified developments.

Air Macau is Certified as a 3-Star Airline by Skytrax for the quality of its airport and onboard products and staff service. On skytraxratings.com, Skytrax left the following review: “Air Macau is a small, regional airline. Its Airbus fleet is mixed age with newer A321/320 NEO aircraft and older CEO models. Unusually, Air Macau did not opt for seat power/charging on new aircraft. The inflight experience is full service and customers in Business and Economy Class receive complimentary food & beverages, the quality of which is fair. Cabin staff service needs to be more consistent.”
