The service is inclusive of all meals and beverages, in-flight entertainment, and includes an increased baggage allowance of 30 kg. Business Max fares also include Qantas Club lounge access where available, and earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points.

Jetstar Airways is Certified as a 3-star low-cost airline by Skytrax  for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Here's what Skytrax says about Jetstar: “Jetstar Airways B787 aircraft offer Business Class and the product and service are of a Premium Economy standard, and close to 4-Star. Economy comfort varies by aircraft (seat pitch 28-30″). IFE content on B787 is good but is chargeable in Economy. F&B in Economy is purchasable (pre-ordered or onboard) – the quality and selection are satisfactory. Staff service is good but inconsistent, and needs small improvements to deliver 4-Star.”
