Kuwait Airways is the national carrier of Kuwait with its head office on the grounds of Kuwait International Airport, Al Farwaniyah Governorate. The airline is a full-service carrier that is owned wholly by the Kuwaiti government. The airline's story began in 1954 when the company first started to link Kuwait with the rest of the region. The airline quickly expanded its routes over the next 65 years and today serves many of the world’s key trade destinations.
 
Kuwait Airways flies to over 54 destinations in over 30 countries across the continents of Asia, Africa, Europe and North America.
 
The fleet has a Kuwait Airways-inspired livery with State of Kuwait titles.
 
As of September 2022, Kuwait Airway's fleet includes the following aircraft: 32 in service and 27 in order.
 
Kuwait Airways only have three classes of travel; Economy, Business and First. However, on the flights that operate with the Boeing 777-300 aircraft, there is an additional class called Royal Class.
 
Economy Class: entertainment and food options are fully customizable. There’s more space, and as a result, much more comfort, both between seats and next to you. 
 
First Class: enjoy your privacy in Kuwait Air's first class with enclosed suites, and relax in your fully reclinable seat with luxurious Arabic coffee. Passengers get all the amenities of Business Class, such as the airport lounge and premium meals, beverages and blankets for the plane. In addition, Kuwait Airways offers Limousine Services to first-class passengers at London Airport.
 
Royal Class is only available on our flagship B777 aircraft. Uncompromising luxury is what best distinguishes premier level of service. Passengers can choose from a variety of global cuisines. The extensive Inflight Entertainment options are tailored to entertain, inform and delight.
 
Business Class: it's designed around the belief that Kuwait Airways has a special obligation to deliver passengers to their destination with a renewed sense of energy and an enhanced state of mind. The services permit passengers to unwind the senses and relax the body through an extensive selection of delicious Kuwait-style meal options and international in-flight entertainment. Lie-flat options permit total comfort and relaxation during the flight.
 
Kuwait Airways offers Economy Class passengers a generous checked allowance of two 23-kg pieces. As for Business and First Class passengers, the airline offers two 32-kg pieces as well as a premium area where they can check in.
 
Kuwait Airways' Departure Lounges give passengers their first exposure to the luxury and service that awaits them in the air. First and Business Class passengers can avail themselves of the well-appointed Bayan Lounge. The premium Mubarkiya Lounge features spacious seats, an international buffet and a business office. Connecting passengers will appreciate the airline's Transit Lounge, with its relaxing atmosphere and unique amenities.
