Swiss International Air Lines AG, known as Swiss or Swiss Air Lines, is the flag carrier of Switzerland. The Company offers passenger and cargo transportation services. Swiss International Air Lines serves customers worldwide.
The Swiss-registered office is in Basel. It operates a global flight network from Zurich and Geneva, operating scheduled services in Europe and to North America, South America, Africa and Asia.
SWISS is part of the Lufthansa Group and a member of the Star Alliance. Its headquarters are at EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg near Basel, Switzerland, and it has an office at Zurich Airport in Kloten.

In 2021, SWISS introduced a new premium economy class on its long-haul fleet. The new seats initially appeared on the airline’s Boeing 777-300ER aircraft before being rolled out to the rest of the airline’s long-haul fleet.
The Swiss International Air Lines logo is heavily inspired by the national flag of Switzerland, a white cross on a red field.
The company’s Swiss WorldCargo division provides a comprehensive range of airport-to-airport airfreight services for high-value and care-intensive consignments to some 175 destinations in more than 80 countries.
