Innsbruck Airport (INN) is the largest international airport in Tyrol. It is located approximately 4 kilometres from the centre of Innsbruck. In the past few years, the airport has become a modern service offering many services. It serves as a representative gateway for passengers arriving in Tyrol, provides impetus for the entire region, plays an important role in the local transport infrastructure, is one of Innsbruck`s largest employers and makes a major contribution to ensuring the competitiveness of the local economy. The terminal building has recently been modernised. The terminal has no airbridges; mobile stairways or loading bridges. The aircraft's airstairs are used for boarding. The airport can handle aircraft up to the size of a Boeing 767.
There is a business lounge for passengers called the "Tyrol Lounge" on the 1st floor. It's open daily from 05:00 am to 07:00 pm.
In addition to the high relaxation factor, access to the lounge includes a colourful buffet with various delicacies, a wide selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, various newspapers and magazines as well as free Wi-Fi.
