Innsbruck Airport (INN) is the largest international airport in Tyrol. It is located approximately 4 kilometres from the centre of Innsbruck. In the past few years, the airport has become a modern service offering many services. It serves as a representative gateway for passengers arriving in Tyrol, provides impetus for the entire region, plays an important role in the local transport infrastructure, is one of Innsbruck`s largest employers and makes a major contribution to ensuring the competitiveness of the local economy. Innsbruck Airport is operated with utmost consideration for the population and the environment.

The terminal building has recently been modernised. The terminal has no airbridges; mobile stairways or loading bridges. The aircraft's airstairs are used for boarding. The airport can handle aircraft up to the size of a Boeing 767. 
There is a business lounge for passengers called the "Tyrol Lounge" on the 1st floor. It's open daily from 05:00 am to 07:00 pm.

In addition to the high relaxation factor, access to the lounge includes a colourful buffet with various delicacies, a wide selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, various newspapers and magazines as well as free Wi-Fi.
