Booking Rules

 

Reservations for MAGELLINE can be canceled at the initiative of the customer or from the supplier. Cancellation of reservations is a rare case, because it is not profitable for anyone, but if you have to cancel your reservation, please read the terms first. Cancellation policy allows you to change your reservation before or during check-in.

 

Terms of payment

 

If your plans have changed and you cannot use the tour booked by you through MAGELLINE, then you need to contact the MAGELLINE support center.

Before you confirm the action on the site, please read the terms of the cancellation of the reservation. The amount of the payment depends on the cancellation conditions set by the particular tour provider.

Guest can cancel the reservation before the start of the trip without any penalties only once a year. MAGELLINE automatically counts the number of canceled armor in the last 12 months.

 

Cancellation policy for MAGELLINE:

Flexible: conditions allow you to cancel a reservation 7 days before the appointed date, so it is best to choose a tour on these conditions.

Moderate conditions: 50% is refunded for cancellation 30 days or more before arrival.

Strict: after booking, the full amount (100%) will not be refunded.

 

To cancel, you must notify MAGELLINE within 24 hours after booking using email. emails mail bookings@magelline.com, informing you of the cancellation of the reservation.

 

_ MAGELLINE service fees are not refundable.
_ If a complaint is made by the client, MAGELLINE must be notified within 7 days from the date of arrival.
_ Reservations are considered officially canceled when in response to your email. A letter arrives with a confirmation of the cancellation of the reservation from MAGELLINE
_ Fulfillment of the obligation to compensate the guest, good reasons or cancellation by MAGELLINE for any other reasons permitted by the Terms of Service, have priority over the cancellation policy.

 

Please review these exceptions.

 

The issue of reimbursement of expenses is decided individually in the provision of documents.

 

“Postponed vacation” is not an argument.

 

Refund

 

The refund process starts immediately after booking is confirmed. It usually takes 3 to 5 days to get a refund, but much depends on the method of payment and your bank. Refund information can be displayed by date of withdrawal of funds (when it was made)
