a. You may need to create an account and provide information about yourself for booking in order to use some of the site's features and other services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Magelline account login credentials (“Magelline Account Credentials”). You are also solely responsible for the activities associated with your Magelline account (including bookings). You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your Magelline account.

b. Your Magelline account is for personal use only. You may not impersonate another third party (such as a known person), create a Magelline account for anyone other than yourself, enter an email address or other personal information other than yours, or create multiple Magelline accounts. 

c. We may terminate or suspend your access to your Magelline Account or your ability to use the Services, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, without reason, notice or liability. For example, we may terminate or close your Magelline Account or Services if you misuse the site. Any such termination or suspension may prevent you from accessing your Magelline Account, Website, User Content (as defined in Section 6.1), Website Content (as defined in Section 4.1) or any other related information.

d. You can close your Magelline account at any time by contacting us to close your Magelline account and stop using any of the Services. If you close your Magelline account, we may continue to display your previously posted User Content and we are not obligated to remove your User Content.

e. Neither Magelline nor its affiliates will be liable to you or any other person for any unauthorized bookings made using your Magelline account and/or Magelline account: this means that you are responsible for both Magelline and other users.
