Payments

3.1 When you pay for your booked services, the credit card payment will be processed by payment solution provider Concardis (www.concardis.com) or Ayden (www.adyen.com). MAGELLINE does not store credit card information.
 
3.2 Bank & Credit Cards Fees:
MAGELLINE or the travel supplier may have to verify: (I) the validity of the payment card (through a charge of a nominal value that is either refunded within a few days or deducted from the final payment due to the travel supplier) and, (II) the availability of funds on the payment card (to be confirmed by the bank issuing the your credit card).

 Some banks and credit card companies impose fees for international or cross border transactions. Furthermore, booking international travel may be considered an international transaction by your bank or card company, since we may pass your card details to an international travel supplier to be charged. In addition, some banks and card companies impose fees for currency conversion. For instance, if you are making a booking in a currency other than the currency of your credit card, your credit card company may convert the booking amount to the currency of your credit card and charge you a conversion fee. The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee are determined solely by your bank on the day that they process the transaction. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank.
 
3.3 When you make a Booking, Magelline collects your payment information and processes your payment as described in Terms of Payment. In doing so, Magelline acts as the limited payment collection agent of the Supplier, collecting your payment for the applicable Product (s) on behalf of such Supplier. Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a Booking unless otherwise specified. The payee will be listed as Ayrarat Tour LLC on your statement.

3.4 The value of your Booking may be subject to taxes, duties, foreign transactions, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank or payment card company may convert the payment into the local currency and may charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed through the Platform, and the final amount charged to you. Magelline recommends that you contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable currency conversion or fees.
 

Payment Processing
 
4.1 Under these Terms of Use, the payment processing services for the Services provided are provided by Ayrarat Tour LLC, depending on the payment method used for your Booking. Ayrarat Tour LLC registered office address is 5 Office, 4th Floor, 45 Orbeli Brothers, Yerevan, 0028, Armenia.

4.2 In the event you make a Booking using a credit or debit card and your payment is processed via a European acquirer, the payment processing services will be provided by Ayrarat Limited on behalf of Ayrarat Tour LLC (generally indicated by Ayrarat Tour being referenced on your card statement). For a Booking made using any other payment method, the payment processing services will be provided by Ayrarat Tour LLC (as stated on the applicable payment statement). If your payment was processed by Ayrarat Tour, the Terms of Use constitute an agreement between you and Ayrarat Tour LLC.
